Volunteer applications: the details you submit via our Google Form (such as name, contact details and any information you choose to provide).

Direct contact: content of emails or phone communications you send us.

Technical data: standard server/hosting logs that may include IP address, browser type, date/time and requested URL, processed for security and operation of the website.

Language: your language choice comes from the URL path (/el or /en); we do not store language preference in a cookie.

To review volunteer applications and contact applicants.

Volunteer form responses are collected and stored through Google Forms / Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google acts as a service provider for form hosting; its own terms and privacy notices also apply when you interact with Google services.

Website hosting and related infrastructure providers process technical data as necessary to deliver the site.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with providers needed to operate the site and volunteer workflow, or where required by law.

Volunteer applications are kept for as long as needed to assess participation and related organisational follow-up, and then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law or a continuing relationship.

Email/phone correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and for ordinary organisational records.

Technical logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs.

We do not set first-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Language is selected via the URL (/el or /en); we do not use a cookie to remember it.

The embedded Google Form on the volunteer page is provided by Google and may set cookies or similar technologies controlled by Google when the form loads. That processing is governed by Google’s own policies.

You can manage or block third-party cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how the embedded form behaves.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to legal limits.
